The article is devoted to the reflection of significant socio-cultural events of the beginning of 1943 in Krasnoyarsk. This period became one of the most important stages in the country's history during the Great Patriotic War. Special attention is paid to socio-economic transformations, the development of industrial potential and the daily work of the inhabitants of the region, who have made a significant contribution to the common cause of victory over the enemy. The authors examine in detail the initiatives of the regional government and the dedication of citizens who participated in production campaigns, charity and social life. The article reveals historical facts concerning the beginning of the construction of strategic facilities that provided energy supply and technical equipment. Educational institutions, theatrical productions and cultural events aimed at maintaining a high level of spiritual unity and strengthening the optimism of the population during busy times played an important role. The article provides evidence from the publications of the local press of the war period, demonstrating the massive involvement of residents in the performance of government tasks. The achievements of agricultural artels, machine-building plants and individual labor collectives that demonstrated high professionalism and organization are described. A significant place is devoted to the military-patriotic education of young people, the support of the front and the creation of conditions for strengthening the defense capability of the state. Thanks to an integrated approach and a detailed study of the material, a holistic picture of the historical processes taking place in the region is shown, and the importance of everyone's efforts in achieving the overall result is recorded.
