Ancient Egypt is one of the oldest and greatest civilizations of the entire period of human history, which gave the world many inventions and masterpieces of art. An integral aspect of it, the foundation of ancient Egyptian culture was religion. Some of the most significant milestones in the development of religious and philosophical thought in Ancient Egypt occurred during the New Kingdom. The synthesis of ancient Egyptian religion and art is reflected in various cultural monuments left as a legacy of the Ta-Kemet civilization, in particular, such monuments include religious buildings: temples and tombs, in which the theological program was carefully prescribed and recorded, corresponding to the uniqueness of the ideas of a particular historical era. This article discusses the specifics of religiosity in Ancient Egypt during the XIX dynasty of the New Kingdom, based on the analysis of the tomb of Queen Nefertari Merenmut.
